Refund & Cancellation Policy

7-day refund

If Pro isn't for you, request a refund within 7 days of payment through the contact page (topic: Refund). We refund the full amount to the original payment method, no questions asked.

How long

Refunds are initiated within 2 working days of the request; banks usually credit them within 5–7 working days.

Cancellation

Pro does not auto-renew, so there is nothing to cancel — access simply ends at the end of your paid period. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

Failed or double payments

If money was debited but Pro wasn't activated, or you were charged twice, contact us — we'll fix it or refund within 2 working days.
